R&R in Puerto Rico

Rest and Relaxation! That is exactly what you think of when looking at this picture. Cydcor, the current broker company for our organization, runs a "Rest and Relaxation" event every year in different exotic or tropical locations. This year, they held it in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the El Conquistador Resort and Golf Course. It's an event held for managers, assistant managers, and human resource managers throughout the country. It was from Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon, and it was a freaking blast!

The main point of the event is for all of the management team members around the nation to meet up and celebrate everyone's accomplishments. They held two promotions to organizational consultant, had an organizational wide meeting, and had a couple speeches from the CEO and COO of Cydcor. Outside of that, all we did was hang out. It was an amazing experience to be in beautiful Puerto Rico with nothing to do but hang out with friends. Almost our entire organization was there, which really allowed for us to really network and get to know each other. We had pool parties, room parties, and dinner on Palomino Island where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. There aren't many specific details that are notable, except for that it was simply an amazing time and basically a four-day party!
